Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic
Schedule: 5X8 , may be subjected to variable hours and days
Job Requirements:
- 1-3 years of relevant experience
- High School Diploma/GED
Job Responsibilities:
Maintains and repairs all physical aspects of the institution. Provides current documentation of all repair activities. Provides
progress reports and updates as needed. Diagnoses problems, makes recommendations and performs necessary repairs. Performs
preventative maintenance inspections and repairs on routine basis and documents. All mechanics are scheduled on a rotating
basis to provide for 24 hour on call and weekend maintenance. Understands and abides by Levindale's Customer Service
Commitment. Make Great First Impressions. Acknowledge and greet customers, makes eye contact and wears their name badge
appropriately. Show Care and Concern. Stop and actively listen to what people are saying and treat them as if meeting their
